Annual Golf Tournament

Registration at 12:00 pm – Shotgun Start at 1:00 pm
Competition will be in the format of a four player scramble. Teams will be formed by the Tournament Organizer unless you sign up as a foursome. Reservations MUST be pre-paid using the entry form. The entry fee is $100 per person. All entries include green fee, a shared cart, prizes, snacks, and dinner. Payment must be received no later than May 17.
Prizes will be awarded at the dinner after the tournament.
Sign up early to guarantee your spot.
We are inviting our vendors and friends to come play and/or sponsor the event. All level of golfers are invited to share in the fun and prizes.
$300 Sponsorship includes one complimentary entry into the tournament. Additional entries may be purchased for $100 per player.

This provides an excellent opportunity to support the RES Golf tournament and Kirt Brooks Memorial Water Environment Scholarship while promoting your company to water and wastewater professionals.
As an alternative, you may donate a prize to be awarded at the buffet following the tournament. We are also asking for tee prizes to hand out to all players. We do have a 501 (c)(3) designation. We will provide a letter for you if requested.
