Join us in September for our One-Day Asset Management Workshops!
Your assets are your agency. Billions of dollars of pipes, pumps and other infrastructure are the backbone of the clean water system. Along with your employees, functional infrastructure assets are the most important thing your agency uses to protect public health and the environment.
Successful agencies invest significant time and energy in managing their people, including succession planning and career advancement. It only makes sense to have a similar plan to manage your hard assets for years to come. Dedicated planning and asset management can mean the difference between properly managing risk through an efficient operation, and confronting system failures, costly repairs and higher ongoing maintenance costs.
Plan to join us on September 17 or 18 for our asset management workshops. If you aren’t currently doing asset management, these workshops are a great place to start. If you are already engaged in asset management, but want to learn more about the latest tools and techniques, these workshops are for you.

What you will learn:

Sam Paske, Assistant General Manager at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and asset management expert will highlight on how agencies of all sizes can benefit from asset management techniques.

Tacoma Zach, CEO of Uberlytics will share how to get started as well as the available tools and resources already out there for your agency.

Do’s and don’ts of real case studies of asset management for collection systems, lift stations, predictive maintenance and more.

How to effectively integrate asset management into the culture of your agency, ensuring that the benefits of the approaches you learn will be long-lasting.
