14th Annual California Bioresources Alliance 2019 Symposium
CBA 2019 will feature a special workshop designed to help people understand and improve the permitting process for organics projects in California. There will also be sessions addressing financial on-ramps for organics projects, incentives for certain bioresources technologies and products, distributed bioresources projects and community composting, and use of bioresources for energy and GHG reduction. Research Posters and Flash Presentations on new bioresources projects and technologies will also take place.
Participants include regulators and planners from all levels of government, industry representatives, researchers, environmental groups, and financers. Bioresources encompasses manures, food waste, biosolids, green waste, agricultural wastes, and wood wastes. The symposium is organized by US EPA Region 9, California Air Resources Board, California Department of Food and Agriculture, State Water Resources Control Board, Association of Compost Producers, California Association of Sanitation Agencies, Cal State Fresno, UC Davis, and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
