Less Risk, More Rewards When Managing California’s Sewer Systems

Today, sewer professionals are under extreme pressure from all angles; new regulations, delayed maintenance, impacts from the record drought and now sudden storms. CWEA along with the State Water Board present four regional workshops to bring together California’s professionals to discuss what everyone is facing and talk about what has been working.

Join nearly 100 of your fellow sewer professionals and State Regulators at the Sacramento Library for an in-depth discussion of sewer system regulations, enforcement, engineering and management.
During a 1-hour round-table discussion, State Water Board leaders will ask for your feedback on the WDR and changes they should consider in the upcoming revision. Here is your opportunity to provide direct feedback to the State and make your case for changes.  Make your WDR wish list and be ready to discuss the future of sewer system management.

Workshops are an amazing chance to learn, network and ask questions to get ahead of all of the looming challenges the industry is facing. These sessions are a great opportunity for your facility’s up-and-coming team members to prepare them to start thinking as leaders of the future.
